Responsibilities:

The Field monitor will be working closely under the MEAL officer supervision,

1. Assist in data collection, including household-level assessment verification,
2. Support the overall monitoring of program activities, and follow established M&E protocols
3. Participate in implementing monitoring plans in the coverage area
4. Verify distribution figures and information
5. Submit reports on activities monitoring results, challenges faced and lessons learned
6. Record and document beneficiary/community feedback, in line with Community Feedback protocols
7. Submit all monitoring results, assessment results, and survey results to database staff.
8. Ensuring proper handling and movement of any project monitoring, assessment, and survey files
9. Ensuring that all field data is collected in a timely and efficient manner while emphasizing accuracy and,
10. Ensuring that collected data for M&E purposes are handled in the proper way and according to methods and via tools designed and implemented by M&E
11. Understand all aspects of each activity he/she monitors and identify areas of improvement and strengths
12. Evaluation of the post-distribution monitoring, price monitoring, and other surveys and assessments as needed.
13. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
14. Respond to queries for information; scan documents, and print files, as needed

6. تسجيل وتوثيق ملاحظات المستفيد / المجتمع ، بما يتماشى مع بروتوكولات تعليقات المجتمع
7. إرسال جميع نتائج المراقبة ونتائج التقييم ونتائج الاستبيان إلى موظفي قاعدة البيانات.
8. ضمان التعامل السليم وحركة أي ملفات رصد وتقييم ومسح للمشروع
9. التأكد من أن جميع البيانات الميدانية يتم جمعها في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة فعالة مع التأكيد على الدقة و ،
10. ضمان التعامل مع البيانات المجمعة لأغراض الرصد والتقييم بالطريقة الصحيحة ووفقًا للطرق وعبر الأدوات التي صممها قسم الرصد والتقييم
11. فهم جميع جوانب كل نشاط يقوم بمراقبتها وتحديد مجالات التحسين ونقاط القوة
12. تقييم مراقبة ما بعد التوزيع ومراقبة الأسعار والمسوحات والتقييمات الأخرى حسب الحاجة.
13. البحث والحصول على مزيد من المعلومات للوثائق غير المكتملة

الرد على الاستفسارات للحصول على المعلومات. مسح المستندات ضوئيًا وطباعة الملفات حسب الحاجة

Qualification

Education and Experience

• Bachelor in data management, and information is a minimum requirement any other equivalent qualification is an additional advantage.
• Min 2-3 years’ experience with Local / International NGOs in MEAL and data information.,
• Experience and skills in using MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Very good skill in Kobo and other data analysis application,

Languages:

• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken), and Kurdish or Turkmen is an additional advantage.
• Good in English (written and spoken)

1. بكالوريوس في المعلوماتية هو الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات وأي مؤهل معادل آخر هو ميزة إضافية.
2. خبرة 2-3 سنوات مع المنظمات غير الحكومية المحلية / الدولية في ادارة ومراقبة المعلومات والرصد و التقييم
3. خبرة ومهارات في استخدام حزم MS Office (Excel ، Word ، PowerPoint)

• مهارة الحاسوب (Word، Excel، Power Point)
• السرية والاحترام وعدم التمييز
• حسن التعامل مع الآخرين ومهارات الاتصال

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وكجزء من فريق
• مهارة جيدة في إعداد التقارير.
• مهارة جيدة جدا في برنامج اوتلوك للتعامل مع البريد الالكتروني
• خبرة في برامج المسح الميداني و التحليلات مثل برنامج كوبو وغيرها

اللغات:

• الطلاقة في اللغة العربية (كتابة وتحدثا) ، والكردية أو التركمانية ميزة إضافية.
• جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثا)
