Brief description of the organization
Al-Mesalla organization for Human Resources Development is a non-governmental organization established in 2004 registered in Baghdad and Erbil with headquarters located in Erbil. The organization is working at disseminating a culture of human rights and peace building in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. The organization is currently working along 3 programs: a non-violence and peace building program developing peace capacities within the community; a women and Gender program empowering women to take an active role in the community and a Human Rights Program which focuses especially on enhancing freedom of expression. Since June 2014, Al Mesalla developed services to the growing refugee and displaced community settling in the Kurdish Region of Iraq by participating to distributing emergency support and establishing empowerment and livelihoods programs for displaced women in particular.

Advertisement for a Sustainable Agriculture Modern Techniques Trainer
Al-Mesalla organization is seeking to develop human resources by hiring a qualified and experienced trainer in modern techniques for sustainable agriculture. The trainer's role will be to provide training to employees of the agriculture department in Ramadi on sustainable agriculture practices.
The proposed training topics include soil health, water management, biodiversity conservation, pest management, energy efficiency, and social responsibility. This training will enable agriculture employees to integrate sustainable agriculture principles into their agricultural advisory work and improve the health outcomes of communities.
The training is scheduled to take place over a period of three days, tentatively from October 8th to October 10th (please note that these dates may be subject to change based on program requirements)
The applicant is required to submit an initial presentation outlining the training program.
- Master's degree in agriculture.
- Ability to lead a full training cycle (Theoretical and practical).
- 5 years of experience in related field.
- The abilities you use to effectively manage and use information.
- Arabic languages are required, English are plus.
- Training must be provided in Arabic.
- Relevant regional experience strongly preferred.
- Extremely flexible and could cope with stressful situations and frustrations.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
