Advocacy Coordinator serves as a resource to help (DBK)address client needs, the Coordinator will engage with (DBK) supervisors and substantive law units in case management and implementation; The Advocacy Coordinator will work closely with( DBK) staff in developing and implementing systems, policies, and protocols to aid the work of the organization. The Advocacy Coordinator may handle a limited caseload as time permits
- An understanding of the civil legal needs of IDPs, including the unique needs of populations that experience particular barriers to accessing the justice system, and of effective approaches and methods for addressing those needs.
- Expertise in substantive legal areas affecting IDPs.
- Ability to effectively communicate with and motivate others, and work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and
