
Duties and Responsibilities:
o The Trainer will be providing digital marketing and communication training
o Design both theoretical and practical trainings
o Gather required training material
o Train beneficiaries on how to establish and manage business social media pages
o Assist in coaching and mentoring the beneficiaries
o Prepare a detailed training program, including a clear methodology and proposed tools. The training must adopt a participatory and interactive approach which should include educational games for practicing the skills learned
o The trainer must ensure that the participants understand the concepts and are able to apply what they are learning through simulation role plays, group work, discussions, and feedback sessions
o Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or IT, or related field.
o At least two-years experience in field of training and/or marketing
o NGO working as trainer at least one year
o availability to conduct literacy courses and/or Life skills training will be an asset
o Trainers must possess a certain range of skill vocational and marketing skills
o A trainer should be a good listener, have the ability to question, clearly explain concepts and give feedback
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic and Kurdish.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
