The Iraq Health Access Organization (IHAO) was founded in 2007 with the vision of returning Iraq to its once leading position in healthcare. Starting initially as a Fulbright project, which won the New Leaders Award by the International Institute of Education, IHAO grew to become a leading organization in providing access to health, protection, and livelihood in remote and/or displaced areas in Iraq with a mission of addressing health and the social determinants of health, namely gender-based violence, economic stability, education, and social cohesion through front line response, economic empowerment, and skills training.

IHAO addresses health and the social determinants of health, namely education and economic stability, through front line response, economic empowerment, and skills training. We ensure that our staff and beneficiaries accurately reflect the diversity of the communities we serve.
Essential Job Functions:
- Acting as a liaison officer/point of contact for the United Nations Common Fund and the Ministry of Health in all matters ,Regarding the Chinese administrative affairs, there is a response to gender-based violence Social and service delivery interventions.
- will be responsible for the work of the center and all the technical and administrative teams of the center will be under her responsibility.
She directly supervises the case coordinators and meets with them on a weekly basis for full updates.
- The center official must adhere to the ethics of providing services and the center’s rules of conduct as well Instructions for the United Nations Population Fund, the Ministry of Health, the health center, the community and in all the times.
- Necessary to ensure that all center employees are committed to the ethics of providing services The Center’s Code of Conduct, as well as the instructions of the United Nations Global Fund and the Ministry Health, health center, community and at all times. You must monitor their level of commitment

- The center official must adhere to the restrictions, rules and regulations related to safety, privacy and confidentiality and share information developed by UNFPA and the Ministry of Health to all clients Center, cases, files and records at all times, internally or externally.
The center official must ensure that all center employees and volunteers adhere to instructions Safety, privacy, confidentiality, information sharing restrictions, rules and regulations established by the Fund United Nations Population and the Ministry of Health for all Center clients, cases, files, records and in at all times, internally or externally, they must monitor their level of commitment to it on an ongoing basis.
- The center official must commit to attending and passing training courses for capacity building and continuous learning relevant measures identified by UNFPA and the Ministry of Health at all times.
- The center official must ensure that all center employees and volunteers commit to attending and passing Capacity building and lifelong learning training courses identified by UNFPA the Ministry of Health must, at all times, monitor their level of compliance with it on an ongoing basis.
- The center administrator must ensure that all center staff and volunteers have their needs assessed With regard to capacity building, professional and technical development, and meeting their needs on a semi-annual basis.
They are all committed to attened Quarterly and annual reports must be submitted 5 days after the end of each quarter and 15 days after
End of every year. and passing all recommended capacity building and continuing learning courses times, and they must monitor and evaluate their level of commitment to their development plan on an ongoing basis.
- The center official will prepare and consolidate a list of institutions and individuals who offer or wish to Providing legal, medical, or psychological and social support and consultation services at the center.
- The center manager will monitor the center’s work (including the work of staff), networking and facilitation For capacity building programs, in addition to guiding and supporting the team of service providers.
- The Center Officer will meet with the Senior Management Committee (OSAC MC) on a monthly basis with a view to Review salient issues and obtain necessary guidance and support.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Knowledge and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in Administration, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar job is required.
- Good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook, are required.
- Excellent organizational skills are required.
- Good communication skills are required.
- Good problem-solving are required.
- Good Leadership skills.
