Our main concern is always with the people, and how we can provide long-term sustainable support by developing or rehabilitating their resources

Overview: CAOFISR is looking for enumerators to conduct feedback assessments within the Basateen Al Sheoukh IDP Camp in Shirqat, Salahaldin. The enumerator’s responsibility is to each household collecting information from the beneficiaries.

Responsibilities 

An enumerator is simply responsible for collecting the required information and rely are no way involved in interpretation and analysis of the statistical data that they collect.

The team of enumerators will be supervised by the Camp Manager, and will work based on a daily salary. The collected data will be given to the Camp Manager at the end of the day. If the enumerator is unable to contact a particular family at the first visit, then he has to visit their house again and again until he gets a survey from them.

Requirements

  • They should have good written and verbal communication skills and should speak politely to the people
  • They should have ability to answer the questions and clear confusions of the people
  • Physical stamina is also important as they have to walk visiting one house to other whole day
  • Should be familiar with the area or the locality they are working in
  • They should possess ability to handle pressure and should be patient
  • Highly organized individual, punctual, capable of handling multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and managing time effectively
  • Ability to work independently as well as an effective team player
  • Willing to work on the field, especially in Shirqat
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience with survey-based work as an enumerator an advantage.
