Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily visit the second Party to ensure that the money transferred through the asset replacement and business support grants program is being used for the approved business purposes.
  • He/ She will follow up on the second Party’s business progress through mentoring and consulting visits to ensure sustainability and improvement.
  • He/ She will be interviewing business grantee by conducting regular visits at the place of work/business
  • Submit reports on distribution/activities monitoring result, challenges faced, and lessons learned to the team leader.
  • Record and document beneficiary/community feedback, in line with Community Feedback protocols
  • Submit all monitoring results, assessment results, survey results to database staff.
  • Ensure proper handling and movement of any project monitoring, assessment, and survey files.
  • Conduct him/herself both professionally and personally in such a manner as to bring credit to MH and to not jeopardize its humanitarian mission.



Qualifications & Preferred Skills



 Minimum education: Bachelor degree

 Minimum experience: 3 years


 Qualifications & Preferred Skills 


  • Computer skills – Word and Excel.
  • Language skills – Arabic, English.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in community work and/or experience in project implementation, preferably with an NGO; previous experience in commodity distributions will be an asset.
  • Assist in data collection, including household-level assessment verification, distribution and post-distribution monitoring, price monitoring, and other surveys and assessments as needed.
  • Verify distribution figure and information.
