
Job Purpose:-
The position reports to the Senior HR/Admin officer based in Erbil and handles the daily administrative and HR duties. The HR/Admin Intern will be responsible for assisting in recruitment, training, uploading staff data, & archiving employee files (Hard & Soft Copy) in addition to admin tasks such as raising PRs (purchase requisitions).
Main Responsibilities:-
- Organize and maintain an employee filing system, which contains all National staff.
- Ensuring new employee files are set up with appropriate documentation, paperwork, copies, and/or originals.
- Assist Senior HR Officer/HR manager in all administration in enrollment, termination, COSs, and Contract renewals and ensure performance appraisals are appropriately done.
- Assist in preparing payroll by collecting attendance sheets/ invoices.
- Ensure all required monthly scanning is uploaded and updated.
- Conducting BI Checks for new staff on ongoing bases.
- Follows up with FSRs and Preparing JDs.
- Making Badges and staff IDs for national Staff and Expats.
- Collect and review attendance sheets and deliver them by the end of the month.
- Conducts, coordinates, and schedules Interviews for candidates when requested.
- Maintain adequate and proper documentation system for all recruitments.
- update the NES recruitment tracker and ensure all other trackers are up to date.
- Raise PR on the CP system when requested.
- Any other tasks requested by the supervisor.
Qualifications:-
- Diploma, or degree in Business/administration or related field.
- University degree in Business and management.
Experience:-
- experience in the related field.
Competency:-
- Good computer skills and Microsoft Office programs.
- Very Good communication skills both written and spoken in English and Arabic.
-Personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility, drive for results.
- Highly motivated and has a good team working skills.
- previous experience working with NES NGOs.
