  • Design and develop training materials and curriculum for various livelihood topics;
  • Deliver training sessions to individuals and groups;
  • Provide mentorship and support to trainees to help them implement their newfound skills and strategies;
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs;
  • Keep up-to-date with new developments and trends in the livelihood sector;

Collaborate with other organizations and stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable livelihood programs

Qualifications & Preferred Skills
  • A degree in business, economics, or a related field; or 4 years’ experience in the trainings field;
  • Fluency in Arabic, English is preferable;
  • Previous experience in NGOs and good knowledge of humanitarian principles, humanitarian aid and procedures is preferrable;
  • An experience as a livelihood trainer or in a related field;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Familiarity with business development and financial management;
  • Good knowledge of local market trends and community needs and market assessment;
  • Ability to work in a team and build relationships with diverse groups of people;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
