Description
- Design and develop training materials and curriculum for various livelihood topics;
- Deliver training sessions to individuals and groups;
- Provide mentorship and support to trainees to help them implement their newfound skills and strategies;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs;
- Keep up-to-date with new developments and trends in the livelihood sector;
Collaborate with other organizations and stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable livelihood programs
- A degree in business, economics, or a related field; or 4 years’ experience in the trainings field;
- Fluency in Arabic, English is preferable;
- Previous experience in NGOs and good knowledge of humanitarian principles, humanitarian aid and procedures is preferrable;
- An experience as a livelihood trainer or in a related field;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Familiarity with business development and financial management;
- Good knowledge of local market trends and community needs and market assessment;
- Ability to work in a team and build relationships with diverse groups of people;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
