Description
• Oversee, facilitate and coordinate all aspects of programmes life cycle management, from stakeholder analysis, partner identification, due diligence, project development, agreement, start-up, implementation, monitoring through to close-out, coordinating effectively with all program, operations and finance components. • Work with the Programmes Manager and Grants teams to facilitate new funding opportunities for OROKOM. This will include proposal writing, and budget development. • Work with the Programmes Manager to ensure that the appropriate funding mechanism is identified for each partnership, and that appropriate special conditions are incorporated in awards, as needed. • Develop and build relationships with donors, international parties, peer NGOs, networks and alliances, and any other appropriate strategic partnerships. • Develop and manage partner relationships to ensure the operational capacity to deliver the appropriate support to partners within Iraq, ensuring effective program consulting. • Develop a country funding and donor management strategy, in consultation with OROKOM BoDs, to identify and secure a stable funding base to support the country's programmes needs. • Represent OROKOM in the meetings with partners and peer NGOs. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure OROKOM programmes audit responsibilities are met. • Contribute to donor reporting for partnership-related OROKOM's interesting (non-programmatic). • Maintain open and professional relations with team members across Iraq, promoting a strong team spirit and providing oversight and guidance to enable staff to successfully perform in their positions. • With team members, identify individual training needs and ensure access to training and professional development resources appropriate to their skill gaps/needs. • Other duties as assigned
