Requirements for recruitment (please specify desired or obligatory): · Minimum 2 years of previous experience in humanitarian Project Management (obligatory). · Minimum 2 years of previous experience in Case Management (obligatory). · Minimum 2 years of experience in the provision of individual and group Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) for vulnerable populations (obligatory).
· Degree in psychology, mental health, or counselling (desired).

Responsibilities and Tasks: Management · Participate in the planning, design and implementation of all project activities. · Conduct monthly monitoring and reporting requirements in accordance with the Log Frame, donor requirements and proposal targets. · Manage the assigned project budget and track expenses in close coordination with the Program Coordinator and Finance Manager. · Raise required financial and logistics paperwork to ensure required project procurement and programmatic activities. · Provide HR support, supervision and capacity development of all project staff. · Facilitate weekly project team meetings.
Reporting · Report monthly progress of the project activities to Program Coordinator and Country Director in accordance with donor reporting requirements. · Track and monitor project targets against Log Frame and proposal targets. · Draft monthly project report narrative including collation of all statistical data from Lawyer, Protection Monitoring Coordinator and Case Manager. Case Management and Mental Health Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) · Lead and participate in weekly Case Management conferences. · Conduct case management intake assessments, determine protection needs, develop case action plans, review case progress and ensure safe case closure. · Develop and implement case action plan in consultation with individual cases. · Conduct case follow up and monitoring to ensure case action plan followed and achieved. · Record case information, complete all necessary forms accurately and ensuring privacy and confidentiality. · Facilitate psychosocial support through individual MHPSS sessions which address the individual needs of each case utilising counselling techniques. · Conduct groups MHPSS sessions following the group session procedures and dealing with context relevant issues in close coordination with MHPSS expert consultant. Representation · Coordinate with community leaders and civil society organisations in Tel Azir, Siba and Wardiya to ensure access for program activities. · Secure access to community centers and public spaces for the facilitation of program activities including protection awareness session, MHPSS group sessions and legal awareness in Tel Azir, Siba and Wardiya. · Participate in NGO and government coordination activities.

- Experience in providing MHPSS in protection programming.
- Experience working with humanitarian organizations on protection programming.
- Strong contextual understanding of the protection concerns and needs of vulnerable populations in Sinjar.
- Ability to work with little supervision, well organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to produce high-quality reports in written English.
- Good computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Must have flexibility to work some evenings and some weekends.
- Candidate must be based in Sinjar.
- Ability to commence on 01 Sep 22.
